Project Details: A Capuchin from Province St. Augustine, e.g., Rev Scott Seethaler, OFM, Cap., founded (1999) and currently serves on the board of a small hospital in Oaxaca, Mexico, e.g., Clinical Del Pueblo (Anna Seethaler Hospital). This area of Mexico has approximately 4 million residents, and it is the second poorest area of Mexico by per capita income. Oaxaca also has the highest rate of maternal deaths at childbirth in Mexico.
